Russian Union of Martial Arts (RUMA) and World Combat Games 2013 Directorate

The 2013 SportAccord World Combat Games are organised by SportAccord in close collaboration with the Russian Union of Martial Arts (RUMA) and World Combat Games-2013 Directorateresponsible for organisation and promotion of the Games. RUMA is an umbrella organisation for 60 Russian Martial Arts and Combat Sports federations and organisations and provides services and programmes aimed at supporting its members.

The 2013 SportAccord World Combat Games directorate was created in November 2012. It is headed by Pavel Zhuravlev. The objectives of the directorate are to orginise and conduct sports and cultural programmes, official delegates meetings.The directorate is also responsible for coordinating the training and volunteer programmes , collaboration with the Russian authorities, sports federations, media, businesses and partners.
