   We are delighted to announce that the Asian MMA Championship will be held in Astana, Kazakhstan on May, 23 - 24-th 2014 under the auspices of the World Mixed Martial Arts Association (WMMAA).Allow to point that the Certified Judges seminar will be also held on May 21-22, 2014 from 10 AM to 07 PM.

   The goal of WMMAA is the development and popularization of amateur MMA in Eurasia and around the world.Approximately 30 countries preliminary confirmed their participation in the Championship.Athletes will compete in the following weight classes:65.8 kg; 70.3 kg; 77.1 kg; 84.0 kg; 93.0 kg; over 93.0 kg

15 medalii pentru sportivii ACS KOKKI la Campionatul Naţional de Karate Wado-Ryu 2014

Pe 26 aprilie 2014 s-a desfăşurat Campionatul Naţional de Karate Wado-Ryu 2014. Evenimentul a avut loc la Sala Polivalenta din Drobeta Turnu Severin, judeţul Mehedinţi.

Peste 100 de sportivi, legitimaţi la cluburi din Tulcea, Bucureşti, Alexandria, Cornu, Craiova şi Drobeta Turnu Severin au participat la cel mai important eveniment din România dedicat Karate-ului Wado-Ryu.

Asociaţia Clubul Sportiv “KOKKI” (ACS KOKKI) a participat cu un lot de 11 sportivi, care au reprezentat cu cinste Comuna Cornu, din judeţul Prahova, deplasarea acestora la Drobeta Turnu Severin fiind susţinută financiar de părinţi. Copiii au obţinut 15 medalii (4 de aur, 8 de argint, 3 de bronz) la categoriile kata, kumite şi kata pe echipe. “Anul acesta am reuşit să avem mai mulţi sportivi în lot şi să obţinem rezultate mult mai bune decât anul trecut. Putem spunem că ne-am îndeplinit obiectivul pentru acest campionat în proporţie de 90%”, a menţionat Flavian Grădeanu, preşedinte ACS KOKKI.

      The City of Tampere, the Finnish Karate Federation and the organising committee of the Championships extend their warm welcome to you to compete, to watch and to enjoy this mega event in Tampere in May 2014.

The venue is the Hakametsa Sports Hall, where the Karate World Championships were held in 2006. We are certain that the arrangements of the arena, transports, services and official hotels will satisfy you.
