           WELCOME  TO THE 49. KARATE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

      The City of Tampere, the Finnish Karate Federation and the organising committee of the Championships extend their warm welcome to you to compete, to watch and to enjoy this mega event in Tampere in May 2014.

The venue is the Hakametsa Sports Hall, where the Karate World Championships were held in 2006. We are certain that the arrangements of the arena, transports, services and official hotels will satisfy you.

     A strong field of 43 nations and 480 athletes is ready to take part in the 49th European Senior ‪#‎Karate‬ Championships in Tampere, Finland. Competition will start on Thursday 1st and last until Sunday 4th.
